The platform

Li — Leadership Intelligence offers essays, the Ghayat Oudhma book project, members' programming, and the Li Guide reflection tool. Access to public pages is open. Access to the members' space requires an approved membership application.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service, attempt to compromise it, or violate these terms.

Membership

Membership is granted at Li's discretion based on the application you submit. We may decline an application without obligation to explain. Approved members agree to use members' content for personal reflection and professional practice, not for redistribution.

Editorial content

Essays, reflections, and book material on Li are the intellectual property of Li or their respective authors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing in full requires written permission.

Li Guide

Li Guide is an AI reflection tool. Its responses are guidance for thinking, not professional advice. You remain responsible for any decision you take based on a conversation with Li Guide.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to access other accounts, or extract content at scale through automated means.

Liability

Li is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Li and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be handled in the competent Saudi courts.
